A Stroll Down Memory Lane

My little brother was in town last week and over the weekend we took a drive through our old neighborhood.  We grew up on the 1400 block of Virginia Avenue and its been a long time since my brother drove down our street.  He was so surprised to see that the 1300 block is now one way only and even more surprised to see that School Street is one way in the opposite direction than it was when we went to Hoover.  He pointed at the house at 611 Olmsted and commented on how that was the house that all the smokers gathered in front of before and after school.  Such a nice house in a terrible location but I see its in escrow, like they say there is a buyer for every house!  As we drove down Olmsted and looked across the baseball field at the buildings on Brand Blvd. he told his kids "When I was a kid those buildings weren't there"  to which my darling niece replied "Dad you aren't that old are you!"  After our stroll down memory lane we took the girls to the Americana for a Pink Berry yogurt, can anyone tell me what is so great about Pink Berry yogurt?
