Just the other day this darling house at 1410 Birch came on the market.  I think I was the first agent to take a look at it.  I only live a couple of blocks away and I knew it was coming on the market as I talked with one of the workers.  Anyway I stopped in while I was out walking Thursday evening and I thought it was just adorable!  I was actually considering it for my son, but since it is only a 2 bedroom I decided to think about it for a couple of days.  Well today the listing agent Mark (my new friend) called to say he has an offer!  I can't really say that I am surprised because it has some nice improvements and the street is very nice.  I actually sold the house at 1400 Birch, twice as a matter of fact   Anyway I hope that all of my neighbor/friends on Birch are going to be getting some nice new neighbors, way to go Mark!
