Earlier this month I posted a blog about a bank foreclosure on my street.  I live just a few doors away from this house and I have to say it's been like Grand Central Station over there ever since it was listed!  I don't quite understand why people think they can just poke around and climb in through windows like they own the place!  Seriously people need to learn some manners!  It's rude to be poking around at night unaccompanied by an agent.  Needless to say I am happy to see that it is now in escrow!  Hopefully the new owners will give it the TLC that it needs!
