A total of 11 properties sold in the 91201 & 91202 zip codes this month.  The highest sales price was 1630 Bel Aire Drive (pictured below) which sold for $764,000 and was originally listed for $1,000,000 in May of 2008!  Last years total for the month of January was 9, so things aren't as bad as the media would like you to think, at least not in Glendale that is! 

Another 10 properties went into escrow this month so I expect next months total sales will be even higher!
