With the mandatory water conservation going into effect next week, many home owners are concerned about their lawns drying up. I have already noticed several yards in my neighborhood starting to look bleak.  Will this have a negative impact on the value of your home?  In my opinion, yes it will.  The curb appeal of your home is a buyers first impression of the way you care for your property.
