Peace Of Mind For First Time Buyers

I work with a number of first time buyers and in this economy I am finding that their anxiety levels are running a little higher than usual. As a Realtor I am able to provide them with a little extra peace of mind.

First time home buyers who purchase their home between April 2009 and December 2009 can apply for the Mortgage Protection Program. The program allows first time buyers to receive up to $1,500 a month for six months in the event of a job loss. First time buyers are required to use a REALTOR in their transaction, fortunately I just happen to be one!    You see not all licensed real estate agents are Realtors!
