As a Realtor, I am always curious about the real estate markets in the areas of which I travel. Here in Saratoga you will find some of the most beautiful homes in the country. The real estate values are holding up well despite the national recession. The median sales price is $270,500 which is up from last year.
In this town of 28,000, the residents enjoy a small-town feel where they can walk to work, dining and shopping. One of the biggest attractions to the city is the racetrack. This week is the Travers Festival which is considered the summer Kentucky Derby.
